Cannery Casino & Hotel in North Las Vegas Converts Slot Floor to 100 Percent JCM Global ICB(R) Cash Boxes

Intelligent Cash Box Installed on Casino's 1,900 Devices

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 26, 2009) - When the new Eastside Cannery Casino Hotel debuted last year, it opened with 100 percent of its slot floor operating with JCM Global's award-winning Universal Bill Acceptor (UBA®) and Intelligent Cash Box (ICB®). Now, based on incredible success at its sister property, the Cannery Casino & Hotel in North Las Vegas has converted its slot floor to be 100 percent ICB.

The casino was already operating with 100 percent JCM bill validators, and now JCM's proprietary ICB system has been installed on the casino's 1,900 gaming devices.

Cannery Resorts Director of Slot Technical Operations Joe Glowacki said, "We considered many products, and we chose UBA and ICB for the Eastside Cannery based on the performance of the equipment and very positive comments from other JCM ICB customers. Since then, we have been so happy with ICB and the capabilities it brings, that we are converting the Cannery Casino & Hotel to 100 percent ICB."

More than 58,000 gaming devices currently operate with the powerful UBA/ICB combination. The UBA/ICB combination helps a casino to increase its accounting accuracy with advanced technological solutions, such as UBA's overt and covert note sensing, and ICB's multi-layered, digital paper trail. The result is a powerful combination for the highest levels of accuracy, accountability, efficiency and security possible.
