Cantronic Enhances Investor Relations Program

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2008) - Cantronic Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CTS) today announced the appointment of Sun International Communications to provide advisory services in financial communications and investor relations with the objective of obtaining fair market valuation on financial markets in 2008.

With the increasing activity in business at Cantronic, we feel that the time is appropriate to enhance our investor relations program by hiring an internationally-focused IR and communications firm such as Sun International."

The managing partner of the group, Mrs Nicole Blanchard, is a bilingual entrepreneurial manager with 20 years of experience in leading investor relations positions for North American and European companies. As a professional IR consultant, she supervises a group of in-house professionals and manages the IR programs of a number of TSX-Venture and TSX listed companies in the High Tech, Biotech and Mining sectors. Their expertise of North American and European financial markets will be helpful to the company's management team.

Cantronic will disburse monthly fees of $5,000 for Investor Relations services. As of May 16th Cantronic will not be renewing the contract for the investor relation program with Mr. Gordon Van Boeyen. Additionally, Cantronic has retained the services of a senior Corporate Finance and Business Development consultant and will be issuing 300,000 stock options to this consultant, subject to approval by the TSX-Venture Exchange.
