Cantronic Insider Exercises Two Million Warrants at $0.19

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 3, 2007) - Cantronic Systems Inc. ("Cantronic") (TSX VENTURE:CTS) is pleased to announce that Mr. James Zahn, President/CEO has recently exercised his warrants to buy an additional 2 million shares at $0.19 per share. Mr. Zahn views the present stock price for Cantronic as substantially undervalued. Mr. Zahn believes the current market price for Cantronic represents an excellent investment opportunity, given the recent announcements regarding contracts and the new Thermography Division headed by Mr. Jon Chynoweth (formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mikron Infrared). Cantronic's revenues for the first 2 Quarters, has increased by 163% over the same period last year. Net earnings were $123,000, compared to a loss of $507,000 over the same period. Gross margins also increased from 26% to 47% during that period. Mr. Zahn stated that "Cantronic has now posted positive earnings for past 3 Quarters."
