Cantronic Systems Announces Stock Option Grant

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 23, 2006) - Cantronic Systems Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CTS) announced today that subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation has approved the grant of an aggregate of 1,330,000 stock options to directors and officers of the Corporation. The options will have an exercise price of $0.15, with vesting over a thirty-six month and a four year term to expiry.
