CanWel Building Materials Announces Quarterly Dividend

CanWel Building Materials Group Ltd. ("CanWel" or "the Company") (TSX:CWX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, for the 18th consecutive quarter, which will be paid on July 15, 2016, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2016.
