CanWel Building Materials Announces Quarterly Dividend

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 21, 2010) -

CanWel Building Materials Group Ltd. ("CanWel" or "the Company") (TSX:CWX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share that will be paid on October 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2010.
