Cape Breton artist Stephanie Hardy releases two singles to radio

Nova Scotian singer accedes to fan requests to record her original material Attention: Arts/Entertainment Editor, Assignment Editor, Lifestyle Editor, Travel/Tourism Editor NORTH SYDNEY/NOVA SCOTIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 30, 2005) - Cape Breton singer/songwriter Stephanie Hardy has released two singles to Atlantic Canada radio stations. Her songs "Long Time Coming" and "Waiting for the Tide" are tracks from her upcoming debut cd. The recording marks a career milestone for the very promising 25 year old singer, having already established herself as an artist of distinction in the east coast music scene. She recently won the Canso Causeway 50th Anniversary Songwriting Contest and she is featured in the Destination Cape Breton television commercial currently airing on maritime stations. Producer Fred Lavery of the renowned Lakewind Sound Studios in Point Aconi praises her ability, "Her natural musicality flows through every song she writes, and she delivers with a voice that always leaves you wanting more". Hardy's full length recording, produced by Lavery, is set to be released early 2006.
