Capella Resources Announces Changes to Officers

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 27, 2011) -CAPELLA RESOURCES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:KPS)(PINK SHEETS:CPSJF) ("Capella" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Mike McCleave has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) replacing Ms. Barbara Wolanski. Ms. Wolanski is leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities.

Mike McCleave is currently the Operations Manager for Capella Resources Ltd. at the Company's Dartmouth, Nova Scotia corporate office, where his responsibilities include managing the Accounting Department, Investor Relations, and Network Administration.

Mr. McCleave's professional history includes management positions with PC Medic Inc., TNE Electronics, and TRACC (NS) Limited. Mr. McCleave is a graduate of the Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and is currently enrolled in the Certified General Accountant program (CGA).
