November 14, 2006 14:51 ET Introduces Re-Sell Market for Ottawa Senators Game Tickets

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 14, 2006) - and the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club today launched Senators Ticket Marketplace, a service that gives full-season ticket holders the ability to re-sell tickets for select Senators games for the 2006-07 season.

"We are looking forward to introducing this new ticketing technology," said Cyril Leeder, the Senators and Scotiabank Place's chief operating officer. "This opportunity will provide our full-season ticket holders with more options to maximize the use of their ticket packages."

The new online service gives full-season ticket holders the ability to re-sell tickets that they are unable to use for games that are more than 95 per cent sold out. Package holders will be notified by e-mail when a game is eligible for the Senators Ticket Marketplace. Any fan, including other season-ticket holders, can join Senators Ticket Marketplace and purchase these tickets at game-day prices on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Senators Ticket Marketplace can be accessed by season-ticket holders through the My Sens Ticket Account portal on the club's website at or by interested buyers through The Senators game against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday, Nov. 18 is the first and only game currently available on the Senators Ticket Marketplace.
