Dublin 2008, Captive Audience Display Solutions plc successfully listed on the Plus Market in London on 4th July. The
stated strategy is to rapidly expand the core business overseas into the Middle East and the United States which is
progressing satisfactorily.

Today,  further to an agreement with the largest Oil refining, distribution and retail networks in Saudi Arabia to  roll
out the CAds narrowcast TV network on forecourts across the Middle East and North Africa, CAds is in the final stages in
the  preparation  of  a  detailed  rollout plan which is expected to be agreed in the  next  6  weeks.  The  rollout  is
anticipated  to commence shortly thereafter. The initial network rollout plan will generate an audience  of  approx  10m
viewers  per month rising to 100m viewers as the network expands.  Initially, the rollout will be on forecourts  in  the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thereafter, up to 10 countries will be added to the network which will ultimately create a very
significant Pan Continental Digital signage network with up to 3 billion viewers per year.
