emerging technologies and specialty brands, today announced two promotions
and four new hires.

Promotions
Marilyn Aquino has advanced from senior account executive to account
supervisor. In her new position, Ms. Aquino will be responsible for
functioning as the principal day-to-day representative of the agency on her
account assignments, managing budgets, and working with the internal design
team to meet the clients' needs. Ms. Aquino has been an employee with
Carbon for nearly three years.
Antoine Poncelet Del Sole has been elevated from senior traffic coordinator
to production artist. In his new role, Mr. Poncelet Del Sole will prepare
and release art files and assist the art department with layout and design.
Mr. Poncelet Del Sole has been with Carbon for almost four years.
New Hires
Nick Casale comes to Carbon from Noesis, another CommonHealth professional
agency, as a vice president, group copy supervisor. In this position, Mr.
Casale will be contributing to strategic and creative direction for various
brands and overseeing all copywriting for his accounts. Mr. Casale has
worked within the CommonHealth network for a total of three years.
Vincenzo Furia comes to Carbon as an account supervisor. In this role, Mr.
Furia will develop strategic and tactical initiatives for his brands and
supervise internal team members. Prior to joining Carbon, Mr. Furia was a
senior account executive at Creotex Communications, a healthcare
advertising company located in Totowa.
Sean Kinney joins Carbon as a senior art director. In this role, Mr. Kinney
will be responsible for the conception, design, and execution of innovative
marketing materials. Previously, Mr. Kinney was an art director for
Sony/BMG in Manhattan, NY.
Michael Driesse comes to Carbon as a junior graphic designer. In this
position, Mr. Driesse will be working directly with art directors and
studio personnel to assist in the design and layout of all assigned jobs.
Prior to joining Carbon, Mr. Driesse was a freelance designer.
