Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Meeting in Costa Rica With New Investor Group

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). On Saturday Mr. Steven Swank, CEO of CGAQ, will be traveling to Costa Rica to meet with joint venture partner GGL and investors interested in the Gamebase ® project. This project has opened the curiosity of many companies and investors who want to take this project global. This group will meet with Mr. Swank and GGL executives to discuss important financial information and strategies, this meeting will decide the direction the Gamebase ® project will go and how it will be funded. They will also discuss aspects of the 4^th acquisition, this project plans to deliver a large revenue stream, and asset base for the company.

On this matter Mr. Swank stated, "This project is enormous and we need the help of large investors in order to make it global, we have to set up a team that has the knowhow and the financial capability to take it to highest level possible."
