Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Successful Conference in Tampa, Florida


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). Mr. Steven Swank CEO, held a conference this past weekend in Tampa, Florida with IBF President Daryl J. Peoples, the Dominican Boxing commissioner Franklin Nuñez, Bienvenido Rodríguez and Rafael Cisneros President and Vice-President of the Horse Racing commission, respectively, Francisco Almonte current horse track administrator, along with Don Albaum, Mike Duzant, Michael Marley attorney for Jose Muñoz, trainer for Top Rated Boxers. The main goal of this meeting was to discuss a possible World title fight on September 10th, 2011, to be held at the Hipodromo V Centenario, Dominican Republic, venue with a capacity of 15,000 seats.

With this event, CGAQ expects USD$300,000.00 in net revenues at minimum, and has plans to sign a television station contract, that would provide a fight card every month for one year. This event is expected to have worldwide coverage.
