Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Announces Fight Club Series III on November 20th, 2010 at Sosua Bay Grand Casino

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 9, 2010) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) confirmed today that the Fight Club Series Round 3 will be held at the Sosua Bay Grand Casino Convention Center. The Fight Club Series featuring the Brothers Valdez, who are promoted, trained and managed by Michael Dusant, lead the fighting pace.

The Brothers Valdez. both who won their respective events at the Fight Club Series 2 in Puerto Plata, which aired on TV across the United States, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, are back. In addition, they captured the Dominican Republic's own national TV Network, CDN. 

The venue is being brought back to the Sosua Bay Grand Casino Convention Center to create a captive crowd in the casino, thereafter. CEO Steven Swank stated, "The event in Puerto Plata was great but this time we want to ensure the fans have to pass by the casino before they leave. The Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. name continues to be branded with our boxing matches as we grow into our new locations and profit centers."
