MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 19, 2010) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), announced today that the company did not include their disclosure statement to OTCMarkets.com while filing their financials. As a result, the status of the company was lowered to "Limited Information" as opposed to its normal status of "Current Information."

The disclosure statement has been completed and the updated status of the CGAQ will be evident within 48 hours. The company apologizes for any delay in their filing.
