In his new position, Mr. Rodriguez will oversee all gaming activities and report directly to Steven Swank, Chairman and CEO of Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Rodriguez combines strong experience in gaming throughout Chile, Panama and Aruba. In fact, for 12 years Rodriguez was the Director of Casino Operations at the Wyndham Aruba Resort, Hotel and Casino. Further, he was instrumental in implementing Bally's SDS System for 312 "ticket in-ticket out" slot machines which have become customary in US casinos. His organization and supervision of world class poker tournaments, casino collections and central credit with banking controls are just a start to the industry abilities Rodriguez has experience in.
