Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Receives Approval for Boxing Venue September 10, 2011

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 8, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). After meeting in Santo Domingo with the horse racing commission, they have issued CGAQ a letter of acceptance for the boxing match to be held at the horse track on the 10^th of September. The company is currently working on the preparation of the event. All aspects of the event will be posted in future press releases.

On this matter Mr. Steven Swank, CEO, stated, "This will be a grand event, we are working on getting all the sponsorship and other aspects ready, and we will soon announce the fighters that will participate in the fights."
