Caring for Collections, a Global Conversation

AXA ART Invites Collectors to Share Their Passion for Art

Celebrates its In-House Experts During Art Toronto 2014

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 17, 2014) - AXA ART is pleased to join Art Toronto as Official Art Insurer sponsor and looks forward to joining Canada's leading international modern and contemporary art fair this year as it celebrates 15 years of offering works by leading artists while providing opportunities for new artists to be discovered.

AXA ART's day to day business activities involve supporting art collectors as they seek to properly care for and preserve objects of art through art insurance products and services. At the centre of the art insurance specialist's activities is a team of fine art experts, assistants, claims professionals, policy processors, underwriters and more.

In recognition of the work of its in-house staff and experts whose daily work calls for servicing the art world, AXA ART will use its presence at Art Toronto to profile members of its international and local teams during the run of show. "The art market brings with it complex realities which demand deep understanding of the global art environment. Our presence at Art Toronto presents a welcome opportunity to celebrate the expertise and value of our world-wide team", commented Christiane Fischer, President and CEO of AXA Art Americas.
