Masselli Jr., Domenic Filigno, David Jackson and Joseph Picco to its board of directors and the resignation of William Gordon from its board of directors.
Mr. Sandy J. Masselli Jr., was appointed to the position of the Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Domenic Filigno was appointed to the position of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Donald Gordon, Mr. David Jackson and Mr. Domenic Filigno were appointed to the audit committee of the Company.
Mr. Sandy J. Masselli, Jr., age 52, is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the Company. From May 2008 until December 2014, Mr. Masselli was the founder of Carlyle Gaming and Entertainment Ltd. and it's Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the Company. Since 1992 to present, Mr. Masselli is a Director of Intercapital Asset Management Company, Inc., an investment advisory and merchant banking company. From May 1981 until May 1990, Mr. Masselli worked as a Vice President or Senior Vice President at several major securities and brokerage firms, including Prudential Securities, Inc., Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc., Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc. and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Inc. From January 1998 to November 2006, Mr. Masselli has severed as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Total Entertainment, Inc. Mr. Masselli was the founder of Total Entertainment, Inc. one of the first companies involved in internet gaming. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Monmouth University. Mr. Masselli has over 16 years of experience in the online gaming industry.
Mr. Domenic Filigno, age 54, has served as a Director of Carlyle Gaming and Entertainment Ltd. since June 15, 2010 and it's Chief Financial Officer since January 2013. He has over 30 years of Satellite, Broadcast and Wireless engineering experience having worked for some of Canada's largest companies such as Shaw Direct; VDN Cable Inc. and Satellite Supply / Program Source. Mr. Filigno is also a consultant for Unique Broadband Systems Ltd., a leading developer and manufacture of Digital Broadband Wireless products and complete digital transmission systems serving the Broadcast, Satcom, Military and Instrumentation marketplace.
Mr. Joseph L. Picco, Jr., age 50, President of Carlyle Interactive Ltd. & Director Mr. Joseph L. Picco, Jr. has served as a Director of Carlyle Gaming and Entertainment Ltd. since June 15, 2010 and President of Carlyle Interactive Ltd. since December 2010. He has over 35 years of residential and commercial land development experience. He is currently the Chief Executive Office and President of Lincolt Development Corporation headquartered in Monmouth County New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.
David B. Jackson, age 69, has over 45 years of business experience with private and public corporations. He has ten years of industrial machinery sales experience related to pulp & paper, forestry, utilities and general industry, representing Sweden based Atlas Copco Ltd and US based Caterpillar Worldwide. Mr. Jackson had a long and successful real estate career specializing in residential and commercial marketing and development as an agent and as a principal. He was qualified, licensed and regulated by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and the British Columbia Financial Institutions Commission. In 1991 Mr. Jackson entered the public market sector as an independent consultant providing investor relations and fund raising services, followed by board appointments to Atlanta Gold Corporation, VSE and Consolidated Ramrod Gold Corporation, TSE & Nasdaq. In 1996 he went on to provide consulting services to Advanced Gaming Technology Inc, an electronic bingo technology developer and co-founded Fortune Entertainment Corporation an electronic gaming company and two internet start-ups. He is broadly experienced in the planning, negotiation and launching of projects in Canada and internationally. As a senior executive, he has experience in advisory services, marketing, fundraising and corporate finance.
