WEST VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 2, 2012) - Carmax Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CXM) ("Carmax") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Primoris Group Inc. of Toronto, Ontario to provide media relations services to the company. As such, Primoris Group will provide Carmax with a full range of media relations services in coordinating editorial coverage through print, radio and TV, and through online media outlets. Under the terms of the company's agreement with Primoris Group, which commenced March 23, 2012 for a one-year period, Primoris Group will execute a comprehensive communications program to support the company's growth strategy, for which it will be paid a fee of $7,000.00 per month. Primoris Group has also been granted options to purchase 79,000 common shares exercisable for a period of five years from the date of issuance (the "Options"). The Options will vest over a one-year period.
The Agreement between Carmax and Primoris Group is renewable and can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The agreement between Carmax and Primoris Group and the grant of the Options are subject to regulatory approval. Primoris Group does not currently have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Carmax or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
