Case Financial Provides Additional Guidance on Uranium Properties

CARLSBAD, CA--(Marketwire - February 29, 2008) - With respect to its proposed joint venture agreement with U-Energy announced last week, Case Financial, Inc. (OTCBB: CSEF) said today that the initial three Wyoming uranium properties included in the venture are located in known uranium districts.

The company further said that surface reconnaissance with a Geiger counter confirms moderate-to-high counts of radioactive material present at the surface. Historic minerals exploration trenches on one of the properties exposes carnotite, a relatively uncommon mineral that is an important and potential indicator of uranium.

U-Energy's Managing Director, Dennis M. Anderson, P.E., believes the three properties are "excellent targets" for the discovery of economic uranium deposits. He said geological mapping and geochemical surveys to be performed later this year will help identify drill targets. Funding from Case Financial will be used for geologic mapping, geochemistry, geophysics, and subsurface exploration in the form of drilling and trenching.

Case Financial also said it is currently constructing a website for investors and analysts to better understand the nature of the project and to follow its long-term progress on a continuous basis.

For its part in supplying an estimated $2 million in funding over the next three years, Case Financial will earn a 60 percent interest in the joint venture. Case and U-Energy expect to finalize their formal joint venture agreement in the next few weeks.
