Caspian and Alberta Securities Commission Reach Settlement Agreement

Caspian Energy Inc. ("Caspian") (TSX:CEK) has reached a settlement with the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") relating to an issuance of shares and warrants by Caspian to a debenture holder after the ASC issued a cease trade order relating to Caspian's securities. As part of the settlement, Caspian has paid $10,000 to the ASC.
