Querrey will be succeeded in his current role as the Las Vegas Senior Branch Manager by the branch's top producer and 23-year industry veteran, Gregory Price. As Castle & Cooke Mortgage's National Sales Manager, Querrey will play a key role in managing the company's dynamic sales force and executing the company's ongoing expansion initiatives.

Querrey, a seasoned industry leader, will be based in Castle & Cooke Mortgage's Corporate Headquarters, which is located at 2735 East Parleys Way, Suite 305 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Querrey brings with him 23 years of experience in every aspect of the industry and at the local, regional and national level. Querrey previously oversaw strategic expansion in both the sales force and the geographic footprint as Chief Production Officer at Silver State Mortgage and as Executive Vice President Division Manager, Division of Strategic Alliances at Countrywide Home Loans. In his former roles, Querrey had direct responsibility for overseeing sales teams that consistently originated between $750 million and $5 billion of loans annually.

Since joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage, Price has continued his stellar performance and consistently ranked as a top loan originator. When Price takes over as the company's Las Vegas Branch Manager, he will be charged with managing the successful Las Vegas team and also doubling the branch's loan production over the next two years.
