Catalina Film Festival Wraps With Emmy Rossum, William H. Macy, Nicolas Cage, Andy Garcia, Roman Coppola, Jason Ritter Among 14 Award Winners

Jordin Sparks, Lance Bass, Danielle Fishel and Kristoff St. John Also Among Attendees at Competitive Fest and TV/Film Summit on the Famed Catalina Island

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2014) - Catalina Film Festival wrapped its five-day, competitive fest with 14 awards given to films and filmmakers. The Festival -- held on Hollywood's historic stomping grounds -- featured 87 films, red carpet premieres, live outdoor concerts and exclusive parties, in addition to industry access at the annual Catalina Film & TV Summit. The Festival enjoyed record attendance, including a full house at the iconic, art deco 1,184-seat Avalon Theatre.

  • Best Animation - Danny and the Wild Bunch

Also in attendance were Jordin Sparks (Left Behind, Sparkle, American Idol); Melanie Lynskey (Two and a Half Men, Up in the Air); Danielle Fishel (Girl Meets World, Boy Meets World); Tamyra Grey (American Idol, RENT); Kristoff St. John (The Young and the Restless, Pandora's Box), Chris Candy (Bar America, Contracted); Cassi Thomson (Left Behind, Big Love) and Lance Bass ('N Sync, Tropic Thunder).
