Catapult Consultants Provides Program Management Support to Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement National Purchase Card Program

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - Catapult Consultants, a leader in financial management, program management and information technology services for federal agencies, has been selected to provide program management and administrative support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) National Purchase Card Program (NPCP).

Catapult's support of DHS ICE NPCP will enhance mission support, streamline the process of micro-purchases and reduce administrative costs and paperwork while ensuring the adherence to federal acquisition regulations and statutes applicable to DHS.

Catapult will support the ICE NPCP by performing project management tasks including monitoring transactions of cardholders and approving officials' performance in accordance with DHS and government rules. Catapult will also provide assistance in developing and maintaining ICE specific policies and procedures for the national purchase card program to complement DHS purchase card policy and collect and prepare documentation for submission to U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or other approved units as requested.
