Catuity Supports National Dining Card Program

Dish in the City Program Fills Tables, Rewards Consumers

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA and DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 26, 2007 -- Catuity Inc. (NASDAQ: CTTY), a loyalty and gift card processor, today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement to launch a national dining card program to reward consumers for dining at their favorite restaurants.

Catuity has been hired by Denver-based Dep Group LLC to support the Dish in the City program, which is targeting four key U.S. markets for rollout this year. The Dish program is a unique marketing concept that combines the power of print advertising with multi-channel loyalty marketing for the nation's restaurants. The first program is being launched in Denver this summer, where at least 110 independently owned restaurants are expected to participate.

The company also expects to add a Dish in the City branded gift card through Catuity by year-end.

"Restaurant-goers will be able to use a single card to earn rewards when in the past they had to use multiple cards for multiple restaurants," said Carla Cahill, President and Co-founder of Dep Group. "There are multiple benefits for the customer. It's simple to use, rewards are earned and redeemed at the point-of-purchase and customers have access to other unique offers available only to Dish in the City card holders."

Dep Group also publishes and distributes The Dish in the City magazine, which includes the reward card and restaurant focused articles giving the "dish" on entertainment and cultural happenings around Denver.

The company, which has published the popular Mile Hi Restaurant Tour since 2005, will launch and distribute the rewards cards in Denver this summer. The magazine will be free to the public and delivered to key pick up points in the metro area and will also be available online.

For restaurant owners, the program provides a unique, performance-based way to fill tables and drive repeat business from customers ranging from business diners to tourists to families who like to be rewarded for their spending. Through Catuity's technology, each restaurant will be able to customize their offers to promote specials targeting the repeat business of customers.

Dep Group also provides marketing services to restaurants. Through the Dish in the City program, participating restaurants will have access to detailed, real-time information and profiles on their customers. Under the agreement, Catuity will provide loyalty management, web-based services, card production, billing services and database management.
