CBOE Began Listing Options on iShares Russell Microcap Index (IWC) on Wednesday, August 17

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 17, 2005 -- The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that it began listing options on iShares Russell Microcap Index (NYSE: IWC) and (CBOE: IWC) today, Wednesday, August 17.

iShares Russell Microcap Index fund is an exchange-traded fund which seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell Microcap Index. The fund will track an index of US micro-caps that contains 1,000 of the smallest companies in the Russell 300 Index.

IWC options will trade on the March expiration cycle, with introductory expirations in September, October, November and December. Strike prices will range from 40 to 60, in one point increments, with position limits of 25,000 contracts. Susquehanna Investment Group has been named the DPM in the options.
