CBS 3 to Host Local Casting Call for Late Show's Stupid Pet Tricks Segment

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 14, 2005 -- Does your pet have what it takes to be a star in late night? "The Late Show With David Letterman" is looking for contestants for an upcoming segment of Stupid Pet Tricks and CBS 3 is hosting an open casting call to find local pets that fit the bill.

Open auditions will be held Saturday, April 30th at Pets Plus at 200 Blair Mill Road in Horsham, Pennsylvania, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. A talent coordinator from "The Late Show" will be on site to personally audition talented pets. The show is looking for tricks that are funny, safe and original. Animals must perform voluntarily and be treated humanely. All types of animals are welcome.

Participants selected to perform on "The Late Show" will receive a free trip to New York to meet Dave and payment for their appearance on the show for millions of "Late Show" viewers.
