CBS's Hit Series "Undercover Boss" Places Alfred Angelo President Paul Quentel on the Front Lines of Bridal Mania

Alfred Angelo President Featured on Emmy Award-Winning Reality Series on Friday, November 1

FORT WASHINGTON, PA--(Marketwired - October 28, 2013) - Alfred Angelo, America's oldest and largest family-owned and operated bridal company, has outfitted brides for 80 years. The company's President, Paul Quentel, has witnessed many emotional moments with brides and their families, but never thought it would be his own employees who would tug his heartstrings the tightest.

Quentel will appear on the hit CBS reality series "Undercover Boss" on Friday, November 1 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT; 7:00-8:00 PM, CT). The experience showed him just how many dedicated and talented employees are helping Alfred Angelo fulfill its mission -- to truly be there for brides as they shop for the most important dress of their lives.

"Wedding dress shopping can be extremely emotional," said Quentel. "I was prepared to hear stories from brides and their families that would choke me up. What I wasn't expecting was to hear from employees who overcame great odds and found a place of acceptance at Alfred Angelo. The Undercover Boss experience made me even more proud of this company and very appreciative of those who work so hard to make it successful."

Quentel's decision to participate in "Undercover Boss" came from his desire to get back on the front lines of sales and see if any improvements were needed. Quentel previously served as Alfred Angelo's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and became President of the company in 2012. He is known throughout the company for his enthusiasm and hands-on leadership style.

The show reminded Quentel how important the relationship between employees and customers truly is. He saw firsthand what Alfred Angelo's staff needs in order to better serve brides and their families. In fact, he immediately began implementing a number of company-wide initiatives as a direct result of "Undercover Boss."

"Undercover Boss has been a life-changing experience," Quentel said. "It was fun, emotional and challenging -- I feel like I just planned a wedding!"

In celebration of Quentel's appearance on "Undercover Boss," Alfred Angelo is inviting customers to try on and win their favorite Bridal, Bridesmaids, Flower Girl or Special Occasion styles throughout the month of November at participating stores.
