CCA Announces 6% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.54 per Share

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Feb 20, 2015) -  CCA (NYSE: CXW) (the "Company" or "Corrections Corporation of America"), America's largest owner of partnership correctional and detention facilities, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share to be paid on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 2, 2015. 

Damon Hininger, CCA's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are pleased to declare our quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 per share annually, which represents a 6% increase and reflects the overall strength of our business and our commitment to return value to our stockholders."
