CCA Declares $0.53 Dividend for First Quarter 2013


NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - Feb 22, 2013) - CCA (NYSE: CXW) (Corrections Corporation of America) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.53 per share to be paid on April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2013.

This dividend represents an increase of 165% from our previous quarterly dividend and reflects management's confidence in the future of our business and our commitment to generating value for our shareholders."
