CCL Completes Innovia Acquisition

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 28, 2017) - CCL Industries Inc. ("CCL" or "the Company") (TSX: CCL.A) (TSX: CCL.B), a world leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, government institutions, small businesses and consumers, confirmed today that it completed the acquisition of the Innovia Group of companies ("Innovia") previously announced on December 19, 2016, for an all-cash enterprise value of approximately $1.14 billion, net of estimated cash on close of $43.0 million.
