In the most recent Technical Research Report dated April 10, 2008, the analyst stated:

"Oracle Energy Corp. (OCL) is currently trading on the cusp of the key 5- weekly modified moving average at 0.147."

"My model shows weekly support at 0.117 with semiannual resistance at 0.249. Monthly supports are 0.086 / 0.071."

"The 50- day and 200- day moving averages provide additional resistances at 0.186 and 0.290."

In the most recent Research Note, dated February 4, 2008, the analyst stated:

"The temporary halt in drilling operations at the Jonnell Zamora #1 well did create some uncertainty regarding Oracle Energy's Texas drilling operation with the primary factor being an uncertain timetable for the restart of drilling efforts. This uncertainty has now been eliminated with Oracle Energy's announcement that drilling operations will be restarted in February 2008."

"It is our belief that the market over-reacted to the news of the temporary halt in activity on the Zapata County lease property. The halt was a result of operational issues with the original well casing that have now been eliminated with the startup of a completely new well and did not indicate that the well site or the Texas lease as a whole lacked commercial potential."

"It should also be noted that Oracle has additional properties in their portfolio with proven or probable reserves including their partnership interest in Romania, which is currently under development."
