CCM Research Issues Research Note on Oracle Energy Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 23, 2007) -

CCM Research analyst, Walt Spaude, CFA, has written a research note on Oracle Energy Corp. regarding its Zapata County, Texas drilling operations.

Oracle Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OCL)(FRANKFURT:O2E)(PINK SHEETS:OECPF) is an international company engaged in the development and exploration of oil and gas. Oracle has an 18.75% interest in 640 acres, Zapata County, Texas. The Company also has a 20% interest in 6 previously producing oil and gas concessions in Romania and a 15% interest in the Evaluation and Promotional Agreement for Area X111, Peru. New project acquisitions are actively being negotiated on.

In the report the analyst states, in reference to the Jonnell Zamora #1 well, "a number of leaks/splits in the existing 9 5/8" casing have been discovered during the past 2 1/2 months of reentry operations. Due to the costs and risks involved, exploration operations in the 1st Hinnant Sands formation have been halted."

The analyst continues, "It is our belief that the market has over-reacted to the news of the temporary halt in drilling activity on the Jonnell Zamora #1 well. The halt is the result of operational issues with the existing well casing and does not indicate that the Jonnell Zamora #1 well site or the Texas lease as a whole lack commercial potential."
