CCSI CompuCom Selected as Strategic IT Provider to Manage Network for Hamilton Health Sciences; CCSI CompuCom to Maintain IT Network for 13,000-Patient Healthcare System

CCSI Technology Solutions Corp., a subsidiary of CompuCom Systems, Inc. (CCSI CompuCom), today announced that it has been selected once again as the IT solution provider for Hamilton Health Sciences of Hamilton, Ontario, one of Canada's largest teaching hospital organizations. CCSI CompuCom will provide network management support services as part of CompuCom's Integrated Infrastructure Management™ (IIM) approach for the health system's five hospitals and cancer centre, via Hamilton Health Sciences' network utility program. Headquartered in Dallas, CompuCom is a Platinum Equity company.

CCSI CompuCom has signed a five-year contract extension and expansion to provide a port-level outsource of the Hamilton Health Sciences local area network (LAN). To furnish the health system with a turnkey solution for network access, the scope of the agreement includes the complete hardware refresh of the LAN, including wireless and wired, network security, remote network management and support, and on-site personnel.

CCSI CompuCom will collaborate with Cisco Systems and provide the end-to-end hardware that will help Hamilton Health Sciences build on a mission-critical network, including Cisco's latest wired and wireless technologies. CCSI CompuCom is a Cisco Gold Partner both in Canada and the United States, with specialization in wireless, IP communications and security.
