(CCTR) China Crescent and (NUBL) NuMobile Projects in Japan and Africa Featured in Greenfield Update Webcast

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - February 8, 2011) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) and NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL), today announced the companies have been featured in a NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) Greenfield Partnership Program regional project update Webcast. NewMarket introduced the Greenfield Partnership Program more than a year ago to support entrepreneurial, high growth companies in achieving their operational and business objectives. The program has expanded to include eight public and private companies so far and anticipates an even more rapid expansion of member companies in 2011. The Greenfield Partnership Program has been instrumental in assisting member companies with fundraising and market penetration.

Since joining the Greenfield Program, China Crescent and NuMobile have gained valuable opportunities to promote cross-selling into new geographic markets and provide expanded product and service offerings. The Webcast, which is focused on providing regional updates on joint projects in Japan and Africa, including a potential $160 million custom Wi-Fi device project and wireless metering opportunity, has been posted to both the China Crescent and NuMobile websites and will be emailed to the respective corporate opt-in email databases.

$160 Million LOI in Japan
Last year, China Crescent entered into a formal letter of intent (LOI) agreement with an undisclosed Japanese firm to develop and provide 10,000 custom Wi-Fi devices. In conjunction with the LOI, the Japanese firm placed a $1.6 million purchase order for 100 sets of the device in order to conduct a pilot test. NuMobile has been selected by China Crescent to provide a key proprietary software component for the special purpose Wi-Fi communication device. The Japanese customer has committed to purchase 10,000 of the custom Wi-Fi devices for a total of $160 million over the next three years, subject to the performance of the first 100 sets.

East Africa Expansion
NuMobile, China Crescent and fellow Greenfield partner Savanna East Africa, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) have partnered to build a wireless broadband network in Nairobi, Kenya. The broadband network is intended to provide a wireless meter reading capability to local utility companies. After successful completion of the testing phase, the wireless broadband project is expected to expand throughout Nairobi, followed by expansion to additional cities and countries throughout East Africa.

Last year, China Crescent announced its original design manufacturing (ODM) subsidiary, Shenzhen Newbao Technology Co. Ltd., completed the sale of its proprietary GPS tracking devices to a confidential ICT systems integration firm headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. China Crescent's ODM subsidiary manufactures custom wireless products and is based in Shenzhen, China.
