CDK Changes Name to EcoMax Energy Services Ltd.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - July 5, 2005) - CDK Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CDK) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders at its Annual General and Special Meeting held May 19, 2005, the Company has changed its name to EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. ("EcoMax"). In conjunction with the name change and with the release of a bulletin from the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company's ticker symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will be changed to EES (expected Thursday July 7, 2005).

"The name change to EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. better reflects our business" said Wayne Thomson, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Each of our operating divisions; Central Valve Service, Key B.O.P. Service, Tega Valve Service and Mountain Measurement provide products and services primarily to Western Canada's oil and gas and related industries. The EcoMax name will also be used to re-brand the Company's patented Emission Eliminator chemical injection pump. These pumps provide economic and environmental benefits to our customers. The new name will be a focus of increased investor relations activities."

In connection with the Company's name change, the Company has adopted a new form of share certificate. Shareholders, at their option, may obtain the new form of share certificate by surrendering their existing share certificate to Valiant Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent in Calgary, Alberta.

EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. is an emerging oilfield services company whose product offering includes the patented EcoMax series of chemical pumps. The EcoMax pump reduces operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions at natural gas installations by utilizing a small pressure differential from the wellhead to the flow line to power a methanol chemical injection pump, which prevent hydrates from forming at the wellhead. The pump returns the exhaust gas to the sales line eliminating wellhead atmospheric emissions. The EcoMax pump offers significant economic benefits to customers while enhancing safety and landowner relations. Operators can sell gas now being emitted to the atmosphere from sweet gas facilities, eliminate the need for propane at sour gas facilities and may accumulate carbon credits for greenhouse gas reductions. The EcoMax pump addresses issues in the recently ratified Kyoto agreement and the updated Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Guide 60 on the emission of fugitive gases from well sites. The Company's growing base businesses provide valve and BOP sales and service solutions to the oil and gas and other industries in Western Canada.
