CDK Global Unveils Dealer Data Management Solution at NADA 2015

Dealer Data Exchange (DDX) Kicks Off With Preview and Pilot Program

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2015) -  CDK Global, Inc. ("CDK Global" and "CDK") (NASDAQ: CDK) announced it will preview its newest product for managing data integration and syndication at the National Automobile Dealer Association (NADA) Expo in San Francisco, North America's largest automotive retail trade show. Designed to allow dealers more control and visibility of their data going to manufacturer and third-party vendors, Dealer Data Exchange (DDX) is the first comprehensive data integration application offered by a leading DMS provider. Dealers will have the opportunity to view a demo of DDX at the CDK booth, and those on the CDK Drive DMS will be invited to participate in a pilot program of the product.

"Dealers need to know who is collecting their data and where it's going. They've also asked us to help them better understand data security regulations and safe handling practices," said Howard Gardner, Vice President and General Manager, Data Strategy at CDK. "With high-profile security breaches becoming a routine occurrence, the potential risks of data sharing with third parties have risen to an uncomfortable level.
