Ceapro creates organic products line

EDMONTON, May 30 - Ceapro Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZO) announces the
development of Ceapro Organic™, a line of premium personal care active
ingredients based on organically grown and certified extracts. The line is
targeted at niche markets in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Said Ceapro President and CEO, Dr Mark Redmond, "The new product range
captures the health benefits of plants cultivated using 'green' farming
practices, an important untapped market for Ceapro. We expect to capitalize on
the growing consumer desire for products that are kind to both their skin and
the environment."

The Ceapro Organic™ range includes products for detoxifying, calming
and moisturizing, smoothing, revitalizing and deep cleansing. According to TNS
Media Intelligence/CMR, the natural/organic skincare, haircare and cosmetics
market is expected to reach $5.8 billion by 2008, expanding significantly from
about $3.9 billion in 2003. Similarly, Organic Monitor, a UK-based business
research and consulting company, reported the European organic cosmeceutical
market is worth Euro 1 billion.

Though Ceapro is currently supplying directly to select customers, a
distribution network is under development involving independent distributors
in each of several target countries including Korea and the United Kingdom.
Formal distribution agreements in France and the USA are expected shortly.

The new line expands into particular high-end, organic markets, so will
complement Ceapro's current sales. Almost doubling Ceapro's existing product
range of six active ingredients, Ceapro Organic™ products are:

3. CEAPRO MAXIMUM COLLOIDAL OATMEAL, Certified Organic Colloidal Oatmeal

5. CEAPRO LUPINE PROTEIN, Sweet Lupine Flour
