Cedarwood Chooses Time America to Automate Its Time and Attendance Management

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 18, 2006 -- Cedarwood, a subsidiary of Allan Company, was in need of a faster, more accurate way to track time and attendance. The company recently turned to Time America, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) to implement a new workforce management system.

Cedarwood chose Time America to put a system into operation that would drastically reduce the time and money allocated to their current workforce management. With NETtime, the company is now able to eliminate the common mistakes associated with conventional time card systems. This allows the company to reduce both payroll costs and errors.

NETtime is a web-based workforce management solution that provides features that allow companies to know exactly where their payroll dollars are being spent. NETtime is accessible from any computer with the Internet.

"NETtime provides a seamless interface of data to Cedarwood's payroll system, enabling accurate tracking and analysis of critical workforce data," said Jon Weiss, Vice President of Business Development, Time America. "We are pleased that Cedarwood chose NETtime to address their labor management requirements."

Some of the biggest problems Cedarwood was having with their prior workforce management system included issues of "buddy punching" and time theft. Steve Currie, the Human Resources Manager at Cedarwood, said that "NETtime will eliminate that completely." Time America's NETtime will get rid of manual tracking and calculation of employee time and attendance entirely, which will save the company both time and money.

NETtime implementation has been "very smooth," and "the response from employees has been great," according to Mr. Currie. "Product support has been useful with troubleshooting, causing the entire process to be very easy." Thanks to Time America, Cedarwood is "saving time and money," with its new time and labor management system.
