Ceelox Announces Name Change and New Ticker Symbol -- CELO

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - September 30, 2010) -  Ceelox, Inc., formerly known as Nicaragua Rising (OTCBB: CELO) formerly (OTCBB: NCRG), (the "Company"), announced today that it has formally changed the company's name to Ceelox, Inc. In addition, Ceelox has also changed its ticker symbol from NCRG to CELO. The name and ticker change better reflects the Company's business of providing biometric security and encryption software solutions. The change is effective at the opening of trading today.
