Ceiba Energy Services Announces Resignation of CFO, Effective June 8th 2014

Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba", "Ceiba Energy" or the "Company") (TSX Venture:CEB), announces that Shankar Nandiwada, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary, is resigning from his position as Corporate Secretary and CFO, effective June 8^th, 2014, for personal reasons.

Ceiba has begun the process to identify and recruit a new CFO. Mr. Nandiwada will remain in his current role to facilitate an orderly transition to a new CFO.
