Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba", or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:CEB) is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Ron Sifton and Mr. Arndt Rohelig to the Company's board of directors (the "Board").

Mr. Sifton brings over thirty years of experience in the energy waste management sector. Mr. Sifton served as Executive Vice President, Newalta Corporation from July 2008 to retirement on June 30, 2010. For 25 years, prior to that Mr. Sifton served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Newalta Corporation. Mr. Sifton currently serves as an independent professional director on two public boards in Canada and Australia. Mr. Sifton holds B. Comm., Accounting Major from the University of Calgary, and holds a Chartered Accountant and an ICD.D designation.

Mr. Roehlig is a public company professional and his history includes 14 years of serving on the board of numerous companies working in the Oil and Gas and Mining Exploration sectors trading on the TSX-V Exchange as well as on the CSE Exchange in Canada. Currently, he serves on one public board.
