Celebrate the Grand Opening of Harry Holt Place and Eastwood North: Monday, November 29th

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2010) - Edmonton's 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness set out the goal of creating more 'modestly sized units'. In response to this, two new Edmonton Inner City Housing Society (EICHS) projects – Harry Holt Place and Eastwood North – are creating 26 units to support families, couples, and individuals in need.

Grand Opening of Harry Holt Place and Eastwood North

Date: Monday, November 29th

Time: Program at 10am (St. Alphonsus Catholic Parish); Ribbon-cutting at 10:45am (Harry Holt Place)

Locations: St. Alphonsus Catholic Parish (11825 – 85th St); Harry Holt Place (11908 – 81 St); Eastwood North (12334 – 82 St)

Please enter St. Alphonsus through the doors on the east side of the building.

Homeward Trust Edmonton, which contributed funding through the City of Edmonton (to Eastwood North) and the Government of Canada's Homelessness Partnering Strategy (to Eastwood North and Harry Holt Place), will join the EICHS and community partners in celebrating the openings of these two projects.
