Cell Bio-Systems Announces New President

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 25, 2005 -- Cell Bio-Systems (OTC: CBSI) is very pleased to announce the addition of their new President, Darin Andersen. Mr. Andersen brings more than 15 years of successful business and technology consulting and leadership experience to CBSI. He founded and was CEO of Ready Set Net. In 2001 that company merged with Great Bridge, LLC. After Great Bridge, Mr. Andersen became a Director at Red Hat. Following Red Hat, he became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Adobe Systems' largest software training partner, Total Training, Inc. before launching his own executive management consulting company, BizDev Direct. As a management consultant, Mr. Andersen has held executive positions such as President, COO, Strategic Advisor, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for small and medium-sized companies based mainly in southern California.

Mr. Andersen will assume command of the executive management of CBSI. According to Mr. Andersen, "CBSI is destined to become a very important player in living tissue management. Mr. Andersen holds two Masters Degrees from the University of Southern California (USC). This includes a Masters of Business Administration (Finance and Operations Management) and a Masters of Science (Information Systems and Operations Management). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College and recently served on the Alumni Board of Directors for that college.
