Cell Bio-Systems Hires Vice President of Business Development to Develop International Markets

Company Exhibits New Line of Tulip® Disposable Cannulas at the Simposia 32nd Anual Internacional de Cirugia Plastica & Esetica in Guadalajara, Mexico, November 8th - 12th

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 4, 2005 -- Cell Bio-Systems, Inc. (OTC: CBSI), a developer of medical devices and patented technologies for the plastic, cosmetic, orthopedic, and living tissue markets, today announced the addition of Jorge Medina as vice president of business development.

Mr. Medina brings more than 15 years of business development, production and marketing experience to Cell Bio-Systems. He has served at Tulip Medical Products, a distributor of syringe patented technologies, since June 2000 in a number of roles including manager of production, marketing and logistics. He also has more than 15-years experience in the maquiladora industry and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Mr. Medina will spearhead Cell Bio-Systems' effort to penetrate into Latin American markets by exhibiting Cell Bio-Systems products at the Simposia 32nd Anual Internacional de Cirugia Plastica & Esetica (Symposium of International Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics) in Guadalajara, Mexico, November 8 through 12, 2005.
