Celsius, Inc., Maker of Earth's First Calorie Burning Soda, and DTM Distributing, Bring Nation's Hottest Beverage to the Twin Cities Region

DELRAY BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 12, 2007 -- Celsius Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CSUH) announced today that Celsius®, earth's first calorie burning soda and one of the hottest new beverages in the market today, will be available to Twin Cities consumers through a recently signed agreement with DTM Distributing of Minneapolis and St. Paul. DTM Distributing has served the Twin Cities region for the past 18 years and specializes in non-alcoholic beverages. The addition of DTM Distributing enables the company to further its market penetration in the Northwest and is part of the company's overall strategy to provide nationwide distribution for Celsius®.

"Celsius'® packaging caught our attention first -- an award-winning bottle design that glows from blue to orange like a flame, perfectly conveys its calorie burning capabilities," said Dan McNaughton, President and Owner of DTM Distributing. "Once we tasted it, we were hooked, and we knew that the sophisticated Minneapolis market of professional women and men, and health-oriented individuals would quickly appreciate its nutritional ingredients."

"We are excited for DTM Distributing to join us as a partner in our distribution network. The fact that they have over 2200 accounts and have already obtained authorization for Celsius® in two upscale grocery and drug chains is a testament to their superior level of customer service," said Steve Haley, CEO of Celsius, Inc., the maker of Celsius®.
