Celsius® Grows in Health and Fitness Market With Strategic Advertising Campaign

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - August 30, 2007) - Celsius Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CSUH) announced today that it will be supporting and growing current sales in the health and fitness segment with a strategic advertising campaign and tactical partnership plan. The early adopters of Celsius can be found shopping in health food stores, exercising in gyms, and congregating in places where they can participate in athletic activities. Celsius, Inc. plans to promote heavily within this population in order to grow current and future sales.

Celsius, Inc. currently works with some of the leading industry magazines, which are distributed in national gym chains to members, health stores to their shoppers, and in places that active consumers congregate. This targeted ad campaign will reach over 3.5 million people every month, for six consecutive months. The Company will initiate the campaign starting with October 2008 issues, which hit the market in September, and run until March 2008. The intent is to start building brand awareness now, leading to capitalize on the New Year's resolution craze. In addition to the print campaign Celsius, Inc. will partner with sports organizations across the country that host events in markets where Celsius is available. Some of those partnerships include Iron Girl, Rocky Mountain Cycling Club, Road Runners Club and Family Fitness Weekends.
