Cemaphore Systems Announces Technology Agreement With EMC

SAN MATEO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 21, 2006 --Cemaphore Systems, Inc. today announced a technology agreement with EMC, by which Cemaphore will work with EMC to integrate its Microsoft Exchange technology into certain EMC archiving software technology.

Since early 2002, Cemaphore has focused on building solutions for Microsoft Exchange. The engineering team has developed expertise in Exchange transaction technology and how Outlook and Exchange interact with each other. This knowledge has enabled Cemaphore to create proven software technology as components of larger solutions.
