CEMATRIX Corporation Announces a $1.0 Million Financing Arrangement


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb. 13, 2014) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation" or "CEMATRIX") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, CEMATRIX (Canada) Inc. (the "Company") has entered into an agreement with an arm's length investor for a secured debenture with a principal amount of $1,000,000 (the "Debenture"). The interest rate on the Debenture is fixed at 9%, payable monthly, with the principal to be fully repayable three years from the closing date. The funds will be used for working capital and capital expenditure financing.

CEMATRIX is an Alberta corporation with its head offices in Calgary, Alberta. The Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary, is a manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced cellular concrete products with applications in a variety of markets, including oil and gas construction and infrastructure construction.
